Massage has many physical and mental health benefits and even more so when done on a regular basis. At the Peaslake Beauty Room we use exquisite aromatherapy pre-blended oils by Templespa all designed to help create a Mediterranean spa feel and give your skin the nourishment it needs.
Bespoke Swedish Massage
A massage that differs from your normal Swedish Massage.... rather than 'going through the motions' of a normal Swedish Massage routine we will work on any problem areas you may have and adjust your massage accordingly. Not only do you leave with the feeling of full relaxation, we will hopefully have managed to ease some of the tightness and tension you may be experiencing too!

Relaxing Stress Relief Massage
A soothing massage that focuses on wellbeing and positivity. Many of us suffer from anxiety and stress so giving ourselves time to relax is something we should make time to do. This gentle, deeply relaxing treatment balances both the mind and the body and helps restore equilibrium. It is also suitable for anyone who would like a massage but finds a Swedish Massage too invasive.
